彼女は私と同郷の神戸生まれ、
現在、NY在住の日本人女性、
Mayumi Kuki（久喜摩弓）さんは、
パートナーのアレルギーをきっかけに
グルテンフリー料理を学び、専門家として活躍しています。

また、アメリカ人のパートナーとの間に生まれた
息子さんは自閉症と診断され、
言葉を話すことも難しく、
英語と日本語のバイリンガル教育をスパッとあきらめ
日々、寄り添い、言葉を話せるよう取り組まれたそうです。
周囲の理解もに苦しみ、
Mayumiさんは異国の地で、とてもご苦労されました。

今では息子さんは大学に進学され、
学生生活を謳歌されています。

Mayumiさんは、最初はパートナーのグルテン不耐性に戸惑いながらも、
徐々にグルテンフリーの料理を学び始めました。

Mayumi Kuki, a Japanese woman born in Kobe and currently living in New York, has become an expert in gluten-free cooking. She started learning gluten-free cooking due to her partner's gluten Intolerance and has since been active in providing advice on gluten-free cooking and ingredients, especially to many people in Japan, from her base in gluten-free advanced New York, USA.

Mayumi's son, who was born to an American partner, was diagnosed with autism, making it difficult for him to speak. She gave up on bilingual education in English and Japanese and worked hard every day to be with him and help him speak. She struggled with the understanding of those around her and had a hard time in a foreign country.

Now her son has grown up as a regular child, has entered university and enjoys student life.
